Frequently asked questions

Are your treatments safe for children and pets?
Yes. We use registered, low-toxicity products and apply them only where pests live and travel. We'll tell you how long to keep children and pets away from treated areas, usually just until surfaces are dry.
Do I need to empty my kitchen cupboards?
Usually not. Most indoor treatments use targeted gels and baits rather than broad sprays. If your job needs any preparation, we'll let you know when you book.
What if it rains after an outdoor treatment?
Once the treatment has dried, rain won't wash it away. If heavy rain hits during or straight after application, give us a call and we'll arrange a re-treatment.
How does your service guarantee work?
If covered pests return within your warranty period, call us and we'll come back and re-treat the affected areas at no extra cost.
How often should I have a termite inspection?
Australian Standard AS 3660.2 recommends a termite inspection at least every 12 months, and more often in high-risk areas. Termite damage generally isn't covered by home insurance, so regular inspections are the best protection.
